eBiz Code Limited helps organisations get commercial value from the systems they already depend on. The work is direct: understand the business, quote it plainly, and build something people will keep using.
How we work
Most of our clients are individuals and small companies. They need a website that looks considered, or a back office that stops living in spreadsheets. We start with a conversation and a quotation, with no obligation to proceed.
Biz itself began in 2004 as an open-source management tool on the .NET runtime and SQL Express. The point was a data model a small team could extend: customers, orders, jobs, stock, costing, and tax, with room for Sage and a shop.
New software is built with AI agentic flows, so an agent can move a task from step to step and hand it back when a person should decide. The build follows an AI engineering workflow: the brief, the implementation, and the review each run with AI in the loop, and a person remains accountable for what goes live.
What we take on
- Enterprise applications on the Biz data model, including custom modules, dashboards, and reports.
- Web design, hosting, and maintenance, including PHP and MySQL sites and content tools.
- Logos, banners, and the graphics a site needs so the words are not doing all the work.
- Ecommerce, from a tailored cart to a ready template adapted to the catalogue.
- Mobile access: a distinct mobile site or a web app for Android and iOS browsers.
- New modules built as AI agentic flows, delivered through an AI engineering workflow.
